The Client Success team is the interface between Audiem and its clients. This means explaining how the existing platform can support them, demonstrating new functionality and what it means for them, and channelling feedback back into the product development team.
You’ll focus on building long-term client relationships which generate value throughout a client’s relationship with us – from supporting the sales team at the final stages of negotiation, onboarding new clients, developing their skills and capabilities on our platform, and spotting service improvement and growth opportunities. The role is ultimately designed to support the renewals as a key measure of client satisfaction.
This is a new role in our growing team, reporting to the Client Success Director and supporting the Sales & Marketing Director, on a range of client accounts and projects. Existing accounts include large UK and international businesses, including a number of global brands.
