Audiem 2.0 is nearly here. Here’s what’s new, what’s next, and why it matters.
It’s been just over three years since we launched Audiem. What began as a prototype built for a single team has grown into something bigger: a platform used by organisations to better understand their workplace experience data and, ultimately, make more informed decisions about how people experience work.
Throughout that time, one thing has remained constant: every step forward has come directly from listening to the people using Audiem day to day. Whether through feedback, shared frustrations, or generous suggestions, the community around this tool has been central to its development.
Now, we’re entering a new phase.
Audiem 2.0 is a major update to the platform - one that keeps what works, fixes what doesn’t, and sets us up to build faster, smarter, and more responsively in future.
If you’re already using Audiem, the experience will feel familiar. We’ve kept the core structure and visuals consistent to make the transition easy. But under the surface, a lot has changed - and you’ll notice the difference immediately.
Some of the biggest updates include:
Under the hood, Audiem 2.0 also comes with major performance improvements - including processing speeds that are up to 25× faster than what’s currently possible. That means faster analysis and and less time waiting for insights. And that number’s only going to keep improving.
Audiem 2.0 gives us a foundation to build on - meaning more frequent updates, faster turnaround times on feature requests, and more ways to make sense of complex feedback at scale.
One of the most requested features we’ve heard is the ability to upload your own data directly into Audiem. We’re happy to say that’s on the way.
This autumn, we’ll be rolling out a new **self-service upload tool**, giving teams more control over how and when they work with their data - and opening up Audiem to more use cases across organisations.
We’ll be sharing more over the coming weeks, including a first look at the new features and some behind-the-scenes thinking from the team.
For now, we just want to say thanks - for using Audiem, for challenging us, and for helping us shape where it goes next. We’re excited to show you what we’ve been working on.
