Josh leads the strategic direction of service delivery and client partnerships at ART Health Solutions, a science-led workplace consultancy helping organisations create environments where people can thrive.
With a PhD in Exercise Physiology and Chartered Scientist status, Josh has led award-nominated research into mobile health technologies, supported Olympic and World Champions through his work in elite sport, and published several peer-reviewed papers on human performance and wellbeing. As a WELL Faculty member, Josh is passionate about setting a new standard for the role of human data in shaping healthier, higher-performing work environments.
Outside of work, Josh applies the same high-performance mindset on the football pitch, with over 300 appearances as a semi-professional player in the National League.

Chris leads the CRE and FM innovation, office of the future, service design and operations across GSK’s EMEA portfolio. Chris recently led the programme delivery of GSK’s global headquarters move, an industry-leading workplace driving an ambition to be one of the healthiest workplaces in the world.
With 17+ years of experience at GSK, Chris has been accountable for strategic execution across their 45 million square foot estate in APAC, Americas and EMEA.
Chris has high ambitions to drive a cultural change aligned to the workspace strategy and set a new standard for GSK’s places of work, with revolutionary workspaces that prioritise the health and wellbeing of every employee.
Chris Moriarty is a co-founder of workplace experience analytics engine, Audiem, and co-host of the Workplace Geeks podcast. He has been involved in some of the sector’s most important conversations about the future of work, the workplace and the facilities profession’s role within that.
Former Director of Insight at IWFM and UK MD for Leesman, Chris is often as asked for his commentary and insight into the latest workplace trends and how organisations can embrace them.
Ian Ellison has contributed to the UK workplace sector for 25 years. Following a senior lecturer role at Sheffield Hallam University, he co-founded 3edges Workplace, focusing on workplace education, research and award-winning consultancy.
Most recently he co-founded the AI-powered workplace experience insights platform, Audiem and co-hosts the Workplace Geeks podcast.
